HURRY THE SIMILAN ISLANDS ARE CLOSING SOON FOR THE SEASON.

Yes this season is flying past. Already into February. Just remember the similan islands are closing again on the 15th of May. So not long to get that similan islands liveaboard trip in. 

Only  a few weeks left until the Similan Islands Thailand close - They will close on the 15th May 2017 and will reopen on the 15th October. The similan thailand experience will be one you will never forget. The similan islands and the Surin islands national parks make for some of the best scuba diving Thailand has. They are listed in the top 10 in the world so if you are planing to go diving in Thailand then the similans are with out question the best islands in Thailand.

The weather conditions are some of the best of the year during April but can be very HOT - May can be a bit more Humid and may even get an odd shower in the night. But this does not make any difference to the similan islands diving.

There is a fantastic day trip and by far the best phuket snorkel tour.  Away from the scuba divers and you will visit 4 of the 9 islands of the Similan's during the day. If you are a scuba diver then you will be in your element under the waters of the Similan's. If you are short of time then we have a 2 dive day trip that runs every day. If you have a bit more time then the overnight trip is fantastic as you will do 7 dives over the 2 days / 6 day dives and 1 night dive in the National Marine Park. The similans are by far the best of the Phuket islands area.

If you are looking for the BIG fish (whale sharks, manta rays etc) then a 3 day / 3 night Liveaboard to Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock is the trip for you. Known as the " Big Fish Special" as all 11 dives over the 3 days are in locations know for the big stuff. Plus you spend a day diving the most famous dive site in Thailand - Richelieu Rock.

When it comes to diving in phuket the best option is to decide on your liveabaord trip. Then arrive in Phuket Thailand a few days before. There are 2 main reasons for this. The first is to get over the flight. The air con on the plane is very un diver friendly and many people start sneezing on a plane and have a bit of a cold like condition for a day or two. So best to check in to a phuket guest house to relax and unwind as the more relaxed you are the better you are when it comes to using up you air. The second reason is its always worth having a check dive before a liveabaord.  That way you can firstly get used to the local conditions as they will be very different from what you are used to at home. Plus then you get to enjoy a day scuba diving in phuket.  That way when it comes to the main trip you do not waste any of the similan islands diving on a check dive or just blowing the cobwebs away.

A day trip is easy. We collect you from your patong beach hotel or your guest house phuket and take you to the boat. Give you all the gear, breakfast, lunch and a snack in the afternoon. 3 great dives and an instructor who can give you tips as you go along.
